TRINEC and Jordan Telecom (JT) have concluded
a partnership that allows JT to deliver Microsoft Exchange online
bundled with its data services to the Jordanian corporate market.
The service is called ARSEL and will be offered as a monthly subscription
with no upfront investment from the customer and using JT robust
infrastructure. This joint effort will allow TRINEC and Jordan Telecom
to provide a best of breed collaboration and messaging solution
to SMEs at affordable price. ARSEL is backed by a Service Level
Agreement offering a round-the-clock hotline support and guarantees
on availability and performance. Besides the desktop PC, This service
is accessible from multiple devices such as PDA, GSM phone and web
appliances. Mr. Pierre Mattei, CEO of JORDAN TELECOM and Mr. Nadim
Ghorayeb, CEO of TRINEC-JORDAN signed the agreement at a ceremony
held in Jordan Telecom headquarters.
