The iForum success was coupled with the presence of major IT industry leaders' keynote speakers. Dr. Omar bin Sulaiman, Dubai Internet City's CEO, delivered the opening speech followed Mr. Abdullatif Al Mulla (General Manager - Microsoft) and Mr. Stephan Sjostrom (Vice President - Citrix EMEA). The iForum tackled the business and technical issues faced today and the audience showed its interest during the Q&A sessions.

Mr. Joe Khayat, Commercial Director - TRINEC, commented that the success of the iForum 2003, which was held for the first time in the Middle East was remarkable. Over 900 registered and around 200 walk-in attendees mostly from the U.A.E., confirmed Citrix strong presence in the server based computing technology. This event will be soon organized in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on April 29 and preparations are already underway.
TRINEC SAL who sponsored the event as a Premium Partner, presented two case studies on Banque Saradar and Hotel Dieu de France.

Mr. Samer Hanna, CEO - TRINEC, who participated as a keynote speaker at the iForum, showcased TRINEC's success story as the leading ASP in the region using Citrix technology.
Mr. Hanna also revealed that TRINEC will be soon launching its Professional Services division which will be specialized in delivering consultancies and implementations in the server based computing technology. This division formed from a team of Citrix certified engineers shall be in direct contact with Citrix support center to enable fast resolution of any incident.

Mr. Stephan Sjostrom, Vice President - Citrix EMEA explained that Citrix strategy is to dedicate more resources to the Middle East area which holds a lot of opportunities to be explored yet. These resources shall ensure higher productivity and more success for Citrix, its distributors and End-users.

TRINEC which has been distributing Citrix products for over 2 years now is planning to organize an event in early April under the banner of "Hear it from the winners". TRINEC will be targeting high level business and IT personnel from the Banking and Insurance industry as well as other large organizations. The keynote speakers are Regional Citrix customers from different industries and will be presenting their case studies from a business and technical perspective.
